Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Could some one explain functionality of following fields

1. Transfer of owner ship (When we will use this functionality), please explain full functionality i.e how system will transfer ownership?

2. Bargain Purchase Option (When we will use this functionality), please explain full functionality i.e how we will use this functionality?

3. What is fair value and present value, how system will calculate fair value?
