ATR negative by pick release of sales order

In 11.5.10.2 , after ship confirm sales order then run Trip stop interface program , found the transaction stuck in MTI with error : Negative balance not allowed.

View ATR of this item/lot/subinventory  availability  in material workbench, found that the ATR is negative by pick release.

This issue cannot reproduce now , but this issue happened more times.

The stage subinventory same as source subinventory for pick release. 

Inventory patch level: 11i.INV.J

Any reason can cause this issue?

Any  suggestion to reproduce this issue?
