R12:CSD: Default Repair Inventory Org profile error

Hi

In 11i instance & R12 upgraded instance,the profile CSD: Default Repair Organization is already set .

From contact center,after creating an SR,we are using Quick menu to access depot repair and while launching the depot repair menu,getting the error "The profile CSD default repair inventory org does not have a value. Please specify a value for this profile"
 

Now the question is In R12 the profile CSD: Default Repair Inventory Org is introduced for bulk repair scenarios(my understanding) and not sure why is it erroring while accessing Depot repair screen,when the profile CSD: Default Repair Organization is already set .
