Tracking of rehire eligibility in R11.5.10?

It's a bit late in coming, but wanted to follow-up to let everyone know we also went down the DFF path...and it's working fine for us - Thanks!

We've been live in R11.5.10 HCM for about 8 months now and are still working through things we need to do. I have a question about tracking rehire eligibility...

How do you track it? I know there is a "Recommendation" check box on the Rehire tab of the people form; however, the reason field is free-form. Do you populate this for every termination? I'm looking for a solution where we only "check" something if they aren't eligible. We don't track reasons, just a Yes or No (actually - only the "No").
