No Entries Found In The Start Period And End Period List Of Values When Creating A Quota

I don't see Entries In The Start Period And End Period List Of Values When Creating A Quota in Trade Mangement 11i.

I performed all the setups and verified as well but still Date is not being populated. Please suggest
