Tax Classification Code on Master Items

how to define output 'tax classification code' organization wise on 'Master Items' <form>

Issue: while trying to assign tax classification code the error message is being encountered as 'APP-INV-43231: input tax classification code in master organization and child organization belong to 2 different operating units'

Note: this issue belongs to inventory; but i was unable to find the inventory Community
