ORA-01113, ORA-01110

hi DBAs,I have a situation whereby an Oracle DB 8i in noarchived log mode during startup pop up with the following error :

At the first stage, after mounting the DB we got :

ORA-01589 must use resetlogs or noresetlogs option for database open;

and then tried to open the DB with resetlogs option, and got :

ORA-01113 : file 1 needs media recovery
ORA-01110 : datafile 1 :/u01/oradata/prod/system01.dbf
