Error message when setting API database connection

Hello,

I am a new user of PRIMAVERA API V6.7. When tyring to configurate the API connection to a Oracle primavera database V6.7, I got the following error message :

Error: Unable to resolve priviledged username and password

The encryption used for this blob user an incompatible version.

I've used the user "pubuser", and the database version is in V6.7. I've tested this database with V6.7 client, and all worked fine.

Would you please help me on this issue ?
