URL fields not working properly on Thin Client

Hi Team,

    Customer is using 8116 Siebel Sales Application.

When they click on the URL field a new window does not pop up.

The issue is existing only on Thin Client and it works fine with thick client.

The issue is not specific to any specific user or the machine he is using.

Is there any additional settings required for the pop up to work on the Thin Client?

Any inputs will help.
