Oracle Database Error

Hello everyone,
I need to ask question about something i have seen in my Oracle Database Server...

Just  i have checked the alert log of Server and i found  following statements

"Non critical error DIA-00001 caught while writing to trace file "d:\app\diag\rdbms\orcl\orcl\trace\orcl_j000_9596.trc"
Error message: OSD-00001: Message 1 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=SOSD
O/S-Error: (OS 8) Not enough storage is available to process this command.
Writing to the above trace file is disabled for now on...
Errors in file d:\app\diag\rdbms\orcl\orcl\trace\orcl_j000_9596.trc:
