Default cost budget type in PSI

Hi,

Does anyone know how to change the default cost budget type that is selected when opening the project status inquiry form?

The Oracle Project Management User Guide (Project Performance Management, R12.1, Part Number E13623-05) states that "The default cost budget type is the predefined Approved Cost Budget" but does not go on to say how/if you can change this default.
