Requested Delivery Date default in Item Request

When creating an Item Request, the user must enter the Requested Delivery Date before completing the Item Request. Currently, the Requested Delivery Date is defaulted to tomorrow's date. Is it possible to change that default? We are considering not having it default to tomorrow's date.
