Database Backup and Recovery (MOSC)

Restoring DB to another host results in RMAN-6023, even though datafiles mentioned available.

I am currently attepmting to restore my database to a different host (MS Windows). I do not have an RMAN catalog repository. I've copied all of the backup pieces to the other host. I then restored the controlfile from the backuppiece containing it. Then I cataloged all of the backuppieces in the restored catalog. When I do a list of backupset in RMAN, I get:
