Run the plug-in configuration assistant in prerequisite mode:

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/pluginca -oracleHome $ORACLE_HOME -middlewareHome $MW_HOME -action prereqCheck -plugins <list_of_plugins> -oldOracleHome <old_oms_home> -installMode gcUpgrade

When I run the comnand: I get:
