Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Transaction Processing Error - A future transaction is processed. So not processing this.

Hi.

We have install based instance expired. When look into Transaction Processing Error for the serial number there is error -

A future transaction is processed. So not processing this.

I looked into few metalink notes but there is no solution, such that we can resolve this error and make IB record back into normal status.
