Please, do you know what happened while trying to apply patch 148729-01?

Hello,
I was usually updating a Solaris 10 U10 system which has a non-sparse zone in it and have got to the following situation which raised me some doubts:
In the end it seems to have worked, but what happened after all?

    ...
    147004-04 has been validated.
    148120-02 has been validated.

    Installing patches from /var/sadm/spool...

    Failed to install patch 148729-01.
    Utility used to install the update failed  with exit code 5.

    Validating patches...
    Loading patches installed on the system...
    Done!
    Loading patches requested to install.
    Done!
    Checking patches that you specified for installation.
    Done!
    Approved patches will be installed in this order:148729-01
