SLA Error Correction -- Is It Possible to Correct The Errors in the SLA table?

In 11i the transfer to GL process happened regardless of any errors (e.g. invalid code combinations, cross val rule violations, etc.) and if there were errors they were trapped in the GL interface.  They had to be resolved so the journals could be imported.

In R12, the errors must be resolved before they can be transferred.  My question is, is there a way to correct the errors in the subledger so that the journals can be transferred?
