Hi,

I was looking through some of the closed SRs raised a while back to see if the same issue happening again in the client's current Production system.

I noticed that some of the updates were missing from the SR.

I know this because I was keeping track of the progress of this SR up to Jun-10 but the last update in the SR is Apr-10.

I thought the Metalink was having problem so I tried logging in on another day.

No change.

Is this normal? Will this happen to all SRs that have been closed?
