ORA-32701: Possible hangs up to hang ID=0 detected

We have 8 node in the rac.Last Friday,Hole rac is handed,any operation on each node could not be responsed. This condition had last for a hour until the 5# instance is killed by PMON,and restarted.Here is the alert.log below.Please help me figure out the main reason course that hang,thank you so much!!
