Query to list users, responsibilities, and application product installed on Oracle Apps 12i

Hi,

I have requirement to list all users, responsibilities associated with all users, and applications product installed on client's Oracle Apps 12i. I don't have acces to client's environment, I only have these tables imported from client's database:

FND_PRODUCT_INSTALLATIONS
ICX_SESSIONS
FND_APPLICATION
FND_APPLICATION_TL
FND_RESPONSIBILITY
FND_RESPONSIBILITY_TL
FND_SECURITY_GROUPS
FND_USER
FND_LOGINS
FND_LOGIN_RESPONSIBILITIES
WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES

Any advise please..
