Which process/package exactly populates DCOGS

Hi All,

I am in 12.1.3. I am aware of the DCOGS functionality. I am interested to know which process and package populates the DCOGS  account from the organization parameter of the shipping organization. Is this in the Interface trip stop or any workflow.

Any pointers might help us
