Vehicles Related Information on Account Screen

I have recently noticed that there is no new button next to vehicles on the Vehicles Related Information seciton on the account/company tab.

Does anyone know if this can be enabled?

The idea is that the operater can add a new vehicle from the account/company record rather than moving to the vehicles tab.
