Leads Assessment Questionnaires

We currently capture a considerable amount of information on our corporate websites from prospective leads (individuals that download whitepapers, "become a customer" pages, etc.).  Each of our different product lines have their own pages, making it impractal to designate lead fields for each of these data elements (there aren't enought fields in the leads object to support all of this). 

Most of the data is utilized to assess the quality of the lead - meaning it is ideal to be used as part of the leads assessment.  The issue is getting the data from the lead, to the leads assessment questions.  Has anyone explored a custom / webservices solution to migrate data into the leads assessment?
