I have had an enhancement request in for many years because many of my clients are cities and counties.
They have police and firemen and the majority of these folks get paid for a holiday whether or not they are scheduled to work that day.    
In the existing product when the scheduled template is used the regular hours are replaced with a holiday ONLY if the employee is scheduled to work that day.   It looks like the new functionality only works during the explosion.   
How does this new feature co-exist with the existing functionality for holidays on the self service timecard?
