Cannot Find Bill To Party, Account, Location in Service Contract Authoring

Hi,We are on 12.0.6; I am trying to create a Service Contract. In Service Contract Authoring screen Cannot Find Bill To/Ship To Party, Account, Locations. Error message FRM-40212: Invalid value for BILL_TO_CUST_ACC_NUMBER.
Can you please help to troubleshoot or give some clues!!
