Actions Menu in BI Publisher

Hello Experts,

Is there a way to hide the "Actions Menu" completely, as we do not use any of the options under the Actions Menu ?
I have BI Publisher 11.1.1.5 embedded with OBIEE.

I do not want any of the user to view this "Actions Menu" button.

Is it possible to do ?
