When i send an outbound E-Mail from Siebel, it creates an activity with status of Not Started. The

Hi,

When i send an outbound E-Mail from Siebel, it creates an activity with status of Not Started.  The Status whould be set to Done once the email is sent. But for me the status remines Not Started only.

Can any one help in this
