Manual Reservation not declined On hand Qty

Hi,

Please anyone have an requirement of manual reservations, please share your knowledge.  Due to user create OM: Sales Agreement and need *Reservation* like as Sales Order, the manual Reservation is a purpose to reserve the goods before they will reserve subsequently by standard at Sales Order and Pick.  When I do a reservation with Demand source Inventory and run interface manager, the available is still same as before doing reservation from check On-hand availability screen.
