CRM On Demand - Supplemental Applications (MOSC)

Can not publist a program from CRM ODM to ODM though Publish configuration settings are correct.

I have launched one campaign  in CRM ODM which has 2 programs being launched. only 1 of these 2 program is published to CRM OD and one is not published. I can see all other launched programs being published in CRM OD.

Publish configuration for Campaign looks fine in CRM ODM.

What can be the reason?
