Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

xla_ae_lines.gl_sl_link_id for lines of tax books

We have a CORP and TAX book both of which have gl posting set to NO.

I notice that after running CA, gl_sl_link_id is not populated for CORP book records while it is populated for TAX book records.

Is this intended ? what would be the purpose of gl_sl_link_id for books not allowing posting to GL ?
