Could use a suggestion for a report

Hello,

  New and still learning. I'm trying to generate a report that would take two values the lesser number divided by the larger number mulitplied by 100 to get the percentage and convert it into a letter grade value. The excel calculation has been validated but I'm just don't seem to be able to translate it over to CRM OD. Here's the formula: =IF(C1>=90, "A", IF(C1>=80, "B", "C"))

It's a criteria for awarding merit based on performance on a monthly basis.

 Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
