OTL: Error when customizing ExpenditureType LOV using customVO.

Hi,

I am trying to customize the "Expenditure Type" LOV on the seeded OTL Project Timecard layout by using custom VO & custom AM. My requirement is to restrict "Expenditure Type" based on the "Project Type Class Code", which I can obtain from the PROJECT_ID or PROJECT_NUMBER the user select on the "Projects" LOV. For this I had to go for the custom Vo with custom AM method route. I made the changes per the OTL UI Configuration White Paper, but the after the process of creating AK attributes, region/region-items and then migrating them to MDS, loading the below layout component
