Menu or Function Exclusion

I would like to remove certail menus from the responsibility. One solution is to exclude the menus in the responsibilities and create multiple responsibilities.

Instead of creating multiple responsibilities,  I would like to know through User Management if we can create Grant/Permissions attaching menu and assigngin the Role to specefic users.
