Entered amounts are non zero, but both Accounted CR and Accounted DR is ZERO in Journal line

I have problem in AP, GL and Im thinking there are some bugs in this case. Here is the case: In the Journal line, both acounted CR and accounted DR are zero in funtional currency, but the entered amounts are non zero in foreign currency. The amount that I entered in foreign currency is not small amount and I already calculated manually with the exchange daily rate for that particular day to see whether the Instance automatically rounded down the result to zero or not, but then the accounted CR and accounted DR were much greater than zero. They cant be equal to zero.
