Limit the AR responsibilities to have access to only customer banks

Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to limit the AR responsibilities to have access to only customer banks? 

More specifically, when adding Bank Accounts at the customer form, is it possible to:

1. Limit the LOV to select an existing bank to contain only customer banks and not internal banks?

2. Remove the option of "Create a new Bank" ?
