How to check some Project WF are implemented?

 Hi Guys,

Just new here. I want to know how to check some seeded workflow are impemented or running? The STATUS MONITOR helps only if the workflow is triggered  then a lists will show?

Most of the workflow I was trying to check are Project related like "PAAPINVW" Project Supplier Invoice Account Generation, "PAWFGPF" PA Project Forecasting Workflow etc.

The wf_items, wf_notifications etc.. are filled when  WF is triggered.
