How to make sure database upgrade succesfully all ?

Hello Oracle Master
I have question here , iam already install fresh database 10.2.1.0 then upgrade to 11.1.0.6 and seem succesfully for almost component except " database register to enterprise manager".  My question is

1. Is it succesfully upgrade to 11G or not ?
2. how to made sure that this database already upgrade to 11g ?
