How to make a VoIP line provision through Oracle ASAP - Network Elements that are necessary?

Hi,I downloaded from Oracle edelivery the examples ASAP Cartridges for VoIP. I would like to understand which NE (Networks Elements) are necessary to make a VoIP provision through ASAP. In the cartridges I can see several NEs:-          Acme Packets Session Director-          Broadsoft Broadworks Enterprise Services-          Cisco PSTN Gateway-          Cisco Call Manager-          Cisco BTS 10200 Soft Switch-          H323 Gateway-          Alcatel A5020 Softswitch-          Nortel CS2K Centrex-          Alcatel SMC (Switch Management Center)-          BroadSoft’s Application Server-          BroadSoft's Network Server-          Nortel CS2K Gateway Controller-          Nortel Multimedia Communication Server (MCS)-          Nortel CS2K Residential-          Nortel CS2K SIP-          Telica Plexus 9000(activate SPP Trunking and Signaling related services)
