Deploying multiple languages

Have anybody any lessons learned with regards to deploy multiple languages in CRMOD.

It is pretty simple to activate and assign users to use the new language, but what are lessons learned in the community with regards to:

1) Support

2) Maintenance

3) Training

4) Reporting

5) and so on
