Work Flow Errors

Hi,

We upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 in August 2012. We applied number of patches for fixing WF problems.

There are couple of problems in WF which are appearing and when use retry from Status Monitor it works. Like following message in PR approval;
