Rate Variance Account (RVA) in OPM LOT Costing

Hi All,

Can anyone confirm that "Rate Variance " is generated for LOT Costed Item when RMA done against Sales order?

If yes then I have to configure ADR with "Rate Variance Account (RVA)"

I am sure that it is generated in Case of PMAC (Average costing)--for Period costing it must be generated. But in case of lot costing I am not able to find out any documentation or help.
