Database Error: "Io exception: SO Exception was generated"

 Hi, We are running Oracle Enterprise manager grid control (10.2.0.4) on Linux4.8-32bit. We are managing and monitoring our production 2 node RAC database (10.2.0.4) on AIX6.1 through OEM. We have created customized user to monitor the production database. This is created on OEM repository database and on RAC database. Now problem is customize user get login on main page successfully. But when it goes to target and then select database and  click on RAC instance 1, main page it get successfully  but when it click performance page and RAC database ask user to give credentials, after passing username and password it gives subjective exception.
