TNS-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable

 Hi All,
I am trying to connect host A from some other server B.
Being at server B, I am able to ping server A; but I am not able to tnsping the same even though all the relevant details are provided to resolve the network.

Its a 11.2.0.1 on both the servers.
Can someone please put a light here.
