R12 : what are the benefits of reimplementation compare to standard migration from R11.5.10.2 to R12
I'm looking for documentation which summarize the advantage of reimplementation instead of standard migration because I have to work on a proposal of different scenarios for one of my customers.
In case of migration :
- Could we use Secondary ledger ? Reporting ledger ?
- Could we activate Multi Org Access Control ? (and security profile definition)
- Could we customize Subledger Accounting rules ?
- Could we activate automatic Intercompany transactions legal entity ?
- Could we use ETAX to define VAT tax rate codes ?
- Is there any pre-requisites of functional architecture (definition of operating unit, set of books) to be able to use standard migration programs ? Do the program support Oracle Public Sector version ?
