Error : ORA-20001: The approver group UJ LINE MANAGER OF EMPLOYEE (-995) has dynamic query in wrong

  Good Day,

We've been battling with error "Error : ORA-20001: The approver group XX LINE MANAGER OF EMPLOYEE (-995) has dynamic query in wrong format." for about 2 weeks now. Initially we thought that there could be something wrong in the hierarchy but after thoroughly combing through the employee records of the 3 affected employee's (that have reported the issue) we cannot figure out what the problem is so that we can go in and fix it.

Is there anyone out there that has received this error before or know how we can sort this out/prevent it from happening again?
