PDBA Calculation
I have a Benefit called HCL(High Cost of Living). By Law this should be identified as a seperate component. But all my calculations should take its value into consideration.
I mean if an employee has 10 hours of overtime, the overtime amout calculated should be based on the employee basic salary + this benefit, same is applicable for an unpaid leave. If an employee has 3 days of unpaid leave i should divide its value on 26 and multiply it by the number of days unpaid to deduct this value from the employee.
Can you please help me to set up the overtime and Unpaid Leave as decribed above.
