After Migration 4.0.2 to 4.1 APEX is invalid in DBA_REGISTRY

Hi all,
I found 2 packages in invalid status.
WWV_FLOW_LDAP,   WWV_FLOW_CUSTOM_AUTH_LDAP.

The status in 4.0.2 was also invalid , but APEX was Valid ....

PS : Grant execute on  dbms_LDAP to PUBLIC; resolve the problem.
