Min Max creating duplicate Requistion

Hi,

I am testing for Requisitions creating from Min-Max automatically, however, each time I run the Min-Max it creates duplicate requisitions for the same item/quantity even when I have created PO out of the earlier Req and approved the PO.

Is there any settings that will flag the req once a PO is created?
