User Deletion Error: Can't Drop User 105027229, there is unprocessed data in user's inq. please run

Hi

there is one line for this user in process data, i ran process upload dmobile data program somany times, but still it's not processing that data. beacuse of that we are not able to drop an recreate that user. what to do?. could danybody give some suggestion?
