[Project Management] Difference between My Actions and Deliverable Actions

Hi Gurus

Projects Super User --> Project: Delivery --> Actions

I have these options in View drop down menu of 'My Actions Page'
'All Actions', 'Open Actions', 'Closed Actions' and 'Canceled Actions'

Are these action and project deliverable actions one and the same?

because I have many open actions for my project deliverables which are assigned to me...but I am not able to see them in this page. even when I go for 'All Actions' option...I dont see any actions.

Would you guys please help me as how to pullup information from 'My Actions' page.

I have also tried created a personalized view but no luck
